Who is responsible
The operator named in the Imprint is the controller of the data described here. Contact: [privacy contact email].
This website
This website is static. It sets no cookies and currently uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Our web server records standard technical logs (IP address, requested page, browser identifier, time) for security and troubleshooting and keeps them for a short period [retention period, e.g. 30 days].
If we later add privacy-friendly analytics, this page will be updated first.
Contacting us
If you write to us, we process your email address and your message to answer you, and keep the correspondence as long as needed for that purpose.
Broglie accounts and licenses
To operate the license service we process:
- your email address;
- your password, stored only as a salted hash;
- license data: plan, status, expiry date and related notes;
- session tokens, and the time and IP address of sign-ins and license checks.
Purpose and legal basis
We use this data to provide and secure the license service and to prevent misuse. The legal basis is performance of our agreement with you and our legitimate interest in security (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f); LGPD Art. 7, V and IX).
Your project data
Broglie runs on your computer. Your TIA Portal projects, Git repositories and exports stay on your machine; we do not receive them. The optional MCP server listens only on your local machine.
If you use the translation feature, the texts you choose to translate are sent to the provider you select (Anthropic, Google Gemini or DeepL) using your own API key. That transfer is governed by that provider’s terms and privacy policy, and is your choice.
Hosting and sharing
The website and license service run on a virtual server hosted by [hosting provider, region]. We do not sell personal data and do not share it except with service providers that operate the infrastructure on our behalf, or where the law requires.
Retention
Account data is kept while the account exists and deleted on request, except where we must keep a record by law.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and the Brazilian LGPD you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection, and may lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority (in Brazil, the ANPD). Write to [privacy contact email].
